Flames of Fire Ministry Update On the Former Heritage USA Properties

To God be the glory! By His grace, He has made what seemed impossible, possible.
Through this testimony, may God strengthen you in your own faith as you step out in faith toward those opportunities that have seemed impossible until now. Our "impossibility" has been known to the world as Heritage, U.S.A. As my husband Earl has been negoti
ating terms to buy and sell property on the grounds, after two years the changing of hands has come.
One of the buyers is MorningStar Ministries, which is now conducting services and conferences using the former Grand Hotel and 52 surrounding acres. Also, other pieces of land have been sold for commercial and residential use.
But the transaction that has been causing the most excitement in the Flames of Fire Ministry office is our own acquisition of several buildings on the property. The Studio, the Upper Room, the amphitheater, and the Barn - which actually served, as a church and conference center in former days - will now begin to undergo renovation.
We plan to restore the Studio, and the Upper Room to full functionality as soon as possible so that we may begin using them to accommodate conferences and classes. The Barn requires a new roof and other renovations, which we hope to complete sometime in
2006.
As you can imagine, this renovation is a huge - almost overwhelming - undertaking. In fact, as this property undergoes physical and spiritual restoration in response to the prayers of thousands around the world, I have begun to understand the cost that sometimes accompanies answered prayer. When God moves in response to our petitions, it often causes a redirection in our lives that can take us so far outside our comfort zones that we wonder what hit us. But we serve a big God, and He alone is our strength, encouragement and sustenance. As we keep our eyes on Him through the fire, we can know that, though the cost is significant, the end will be glorious!
With this in mind, would you be praying about how the Lord would use you in this ministry? Whether your contribution be voluntary (perhaps manning the Upper
Room when it is operational or assisting with the physical renovations now) or financial (helping us defray renovation costs, which will likely approach or exceed $1 million), the only thing we ask is that you be sensitive to the Lord and obey any prompting He may give you.
It is vital as we move forward that we do so with His heart and vision for the property, and your prayers toward this end would be so appreciated. We are living in exciting times, and I believe that this is truly a year for overflow. So let us step into that mentality, going for the gold and knowing that God is faithful and will see us through to glory! We will keep you updated on the progress of this exciting restoration project every month in the "Christian World Voice" newspaper.
God bless and keep you as you continue in your destiny for this year.
